Dom Co. Highlights
Born in 1959, Épi was the catalyst that transformed a quiet fishing village into the global capital of Riviera glamour, hosting the icons who first put Saint-Tropez on the map. Decades later, its most enduring legacy remains its refusal to perform; the property’s value lies in an understated, barefoot luxury that prioritizes privacy and silence over spectacle. It remains a rare, seaside spot where the discretion of the past continues to be its most sophisticated asset.

Concept
Founded in 1959 by Jean Castel, a visionary prince of Parisian nightlife, Épi was born from a dream of freedom. Created as a beach refuge on the charming sands of Pampelonne, this hidden paradise behind a sandy path hosted some of Saint-Tropez's most beautiful parties. At the dawn of the 1960s, Épi transformed this little-known fishing village into the most glamorous destination. It was here you would see Brigitte Bardot, then 22, just out of filming "And God Created Woman" with Roger Vadim a regular, as were Catherine Deneuve, Alain Delon, Audrey Hepburn, Madonna and many other celebrities.
